Residential project in Brooklyn, New York.

This is a residential development building which includes shared spaces, wide lobby and innovative design. The building located on Hancock ave, in the Bushwick neighborhood, includes eight units, two units on each floor, and a roof deck with seating areas and bbq spots. It was designed for families, and is built to fit their needs in a practical and efficient manner, and it is also accessible to handicapped people according to the standard.

The project was done in collaboration with LIAT DROR- Interior Designer, we worked along an architect, project manager and suppliers. It was created using AutoCAD and 3D Rhino.
