5 story townhouse, originally used for family living on the top floors and a Dr. Office on the first.

The clients are art collectors, who plan on redeveloping the property and living there for the short term but selling the property in the future. They plan on using the property’s main floor for entertainment from small to large events including galas. The design concept was developed in collaboration with the clients and used their existing artwork to inspire different colors and textures.

The Garden floor has a large high-end Amuneal kitchen including La Cornue range and hood, and a dining area with terracotta herringbone stone continuing to the outside terrace, creating a flow through the spaces and blurring the transition between outer to inner space. Extra bedroom and bathroom for the usage of a future housekeeper, and separate private entrance under the house stoop.

The parlor floor is the main space, which flows from the entrance, through the living room. Wide marble floor vestibule with dark wallpaper and brass light fixtures hanging from both sides. The entry hall has a classic and formal vibe with dark colors and traditional panels on the walls, which contains art in the middle. There's a large closet room and a future small sitting area by the fireplace, leading to a wet bar and staircase. The wet bar is Amuneal designed, walls covered with antique mirrors style, with decorative shelves hanging.

Wide and open living room includes bright colors for a wider more open look, traditional panels on the walls, contain art in the middle, and a marble fireplace. The living room leads to an exit to the sunroom, which has an abundance of daylight while sheltering from diverse weather.

Master suite on the second floor with wall to wall carpets, texture headboard in light and warm colors, wood boards and brass light fixtures, and his and hers walk-in closet. Master bathroom with freestanding tub in the middle of the space and tile carpet around in Calacatta/Black marble. Shower, and water closet in Calacatta/black and polished nickel trim.

The clients decided to dare a bit more on the 4th floor which has guest bedrooms, with bold colors like greens or blues, dark design, wallpaper, wall to wall carpets.
