Transitional Brooklyn House
Brooklyn house combines elements of transitional styles.
The main hosting floor on the first level features a spacious layout that seamlessly integrates various functional areas.
The large kitchen serves as a focal point, boasting modern appliances and a sleek design, the living room offers a welcoming vibe, enhanced by a high-end wet bar, and the dining room provides an elegant space for formal gatherings. Cozy family den, using fabric throughout and wall coverings, providing a soft and inviting atmosphere.
Custom elements, such as the use of gouged bronze in the high-scale doors, high base molding, and stone door cases, further elevate the overall aesthetic and create a touch of luxury and individuality to the space.
The second floor exudes a warmer atmosphere, as the living floor is distinctly separated from the first floor. The design incorporates the use of fabric throughout, lending a soft and inviting ambiance to the space. The rooms are adorned with carefully selected wall coverings, adding texture and visual interest to each area.
The basement floor is used for a relaxing spa with a steam shower, massage room, and gym area.
