Luxurious six-floor condo building located in Brooklyn. Collaborating with an external architect responsible for the overall planning, our focus was the design of the interior space, such as apartments, lobby, and common areas.

Upon entering the building, residents and guests are greeted by a welcoming lobby area featuring a reception desk and a captivating fireplace. The lobby boasts a contemporary design aesthetic characterized by high ceilings, contrasting stone colors, and different steel and wood finishes.

The first floor of the building is dedicated to common areas, including a spacious lounge and various amenities.

Similar apartment types are offered from the second to the fifth floor. Each is designed with attention to detail. The penthouse apartments exemplify luxury, featuring expansive spaces and the finest finishes.

Presented multiple options to clients throughout the design process while ensuring all choices maintained a cohesive contemporary design approach.

The kitchens and bathrooms in each apartment were carefully crafted with clean lines, combining stone and wood elements. Storage solutions were seamlessly integrated, enhancing functionality while preserving the sleek and modern aesthetic.
