BHA does renovation of townhouses and new developments in NYC, from start to finish, incorporating traditional NY design from colors, preservation of elements like moldings and mantels, to contemporary design with fine lines and a clean look. Working with a diverse clientele and studying their needs, led to unique, special designs.

The process starts with measurements of an existing house, schematic plans, and inspirational mood board,

Once determining the client’s need, beginning work on the kitchen, bathrooms, and other rooms design. This includes picking materials like tiles, paint flooring, plumbing fixtures and accessories, lighting, hardware, etc. at the same time working together with the client to refine the furnishing college board, schedule, and custom millwork for space.

Working at BHA, I learned a lot of architectural skills working hand in hand with the project manager, like planing the space ergonomically and efficiently while combining design elements into the space.
